Summer Reading Program - Reading Takes You Everywhere
Through books, movies and fun programs you’ll learn and discover new and interesting places. You’ll receive a scratch-off ticket when you attend programs or turn in a book review for a chance to win instantly. The person who turns in the most book reviews will be named our Top Reader of the summer and will win a special prize.

Be sure to join us on June 9th for a Summer Reading Kick-OffEnjoy interactive fun with our second annual petting zoo!


Chocolate Ice Cream Day

It’s National Ice Cream Day! Let’s get creative and turn your chocolate ice cream into a delicious and unique sundae. This program is open to all ages!

The Greater Food Depository Americorps members and volunteers will distribute free cold lunches for youth under the age of 18. No Lunch Bus July 4th.

Want to learn how to sew on a machine? Stop in to get a chance to practice learning the basics. Machines will also be available if you need to do a quick project, but don’t have access to a sewing machine. Books and ideas will be available too!

He will show the step-by-step process to prepare or improve a current resume. Job Interview Workshop

Bob Schlacks has conducted thousands of interviews and will share his knowledge and experience with you. Learn what to do before, during and after the interview to put you in the best possible position to land that job. You will learn about the 5 different kinds of interivews, and the 12 most commonly asked questions during an interview. Preparation is key to a successful interview.
